This page explains how to request deletion of data related to Assafar Growth Command Center, the internal advertising-management application operated for Assafar Bio.
How to request deletion
Send an email to aboulissan@hotmail.com with this exact subject line:
Meta App Data Deletion Request
To help us locate your data, you may include:
- Your name.
- The email address associated with your access.
- Your Meta or Facebook user ID, when available.
- The relevant Business Portfolio ID or ad-account ID, when available.
What happens after you send the request
- We may verify your identity and the request before acting on it.
- We identify the data we store that relates to you or to the assets you name.
- We delete the data that we are not legally or operationally required to keep.
- We confirm completion to you by email.
Our target response period is 30 days from the date we receive a verifiable request.
What may be retained
Limited records may be retained where required for security, audit, or legal reasons — for example fraud-prevention records or records we must keep under applicable law. Anything retained is kept under the same access controls described in our Privacy Policy and is deleted when the retention reason expires.
Important security note
Never send passwords, payment-card information, or access tokens by email. We will never ask for them. A deletion request only needs the identification details listed above.
