1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the use of Assafar Growth Command Center (the “Application”), an internal business advertising-management tool operated for Assafar Bio. By accessing or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
2. Authorized business use only
The Application is restricted to authorized business users working for or with Assafar Bio. Access is granted individually. You may use the Application only for legitimate Assafar Bio advertising-management tasks and only with the business assets you have been authorized to manage. Any other use is prohibited.
3. Compliance with laws and Meta policies
You must use the Application in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and with Meta’s applicable terms and policies, including Meta’s Platform Terms, Developer Policies, Commercial Terms, and Advertising Standards. If a conflict arises between these Terms and Meta’s terms with respect to Meta’s platform, Meta’s terms prevail for that platform.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Do not misuse, share, publish, or expose access tokens, API keys, or any Application credentials.
- Do not access or attempt to access business assets, accounts, or data that you are not authorized to manage.
- Do not use the Application to run advertising that violates applicable law or Meta’s Advertising Standards.
- Do not sell, rent, or disclose information obtained through the Application to unauthorized parties.
- Do not interfere with, probe, or circumvent the Application’s security or access controls.
5. Account security responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for all activity performed with your access. Notify aboulissan@hotmail.com immediately if you suspect that your credentials or any Application token has been lost, stolen, or used without authorization.
6. Suspension and termination
Access to the Application may be suspended or terminated at any time, with or without notice, for unauthorized use, for a breach of these Terms, for security reasons, or when access is no longer required for your work. Upon termination you must stop using the Application and must not retain credentials or data you are not authorized to keep.
7. Intellectual property
The Application, including its software, configuration, and documentation, and the Assafar Bio name and branding, remain the property of their respective owners. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights or any license beyond the limited right to use the Application for authorized business purposes. Meta trademarks and platforms belong to Meta Platforms, Inc.; the Application is an independent business tool and is not endorsed by Meta.
8. Availability and limitation of liability
The Application is an internal business tool provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and the Application depends on third-party services (including Meta’s APIs) that may change or become unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Assafar Bio and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Application. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Privacy and data deletion
Information handling is described in our Privacy Policy. Data deletion requests are handled as described in our User Data Deletion Instructions.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, is always published on this page. Continued use of the Application after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
